摘要
我国现阶段的收入分配体系中,初次分配的利益失衡严重,再分配调节微弱甚至逆向,第三次分配作用十分有限,从而导致收入分配差距扩大。为扭转收入分配差距扩大趋势,必须以科学发展观为指导,深化收入分配制度改革,完善初次分配、再分配和第三次分配"三位一体"的收入分配体系。
In the income distribution system of our country, the serious imbalance of the interests of the first distribution, the weak regulation of the redistribution, the limited role of third distribution, so have expansioned the income - distribution gap. In order to reverse the trend of widening income - distribution gap, must be guided by the scientific concept of development, deepen the reform of the income distribution system, perfected the income distribution system of the first distribution, redistribution and the third distribution.
