摘要
塘四平头种质代表系黄早四引入吉林省后,针对黄早四在吉林省的缺点进行大量的改良工作,改良其对玉米丝黑穗病和其它病害的抗性、自身产量及子粒品质。通过美国种质、温光反应迟钝材料和国内广基因材料改良黄早四的改良方法,选育出吉853、四444、四287等优良自交系,使塘四平头种质成为吉林和东北春玉米区核心种质。今后改良策略是黄改系群内改良;利用中国种质进行改良,形成具有中国特色的优势群;避开黄改系杂优模式对应类群进行改良;利用美国种质进行改良。黄早四种质促进了吉林省耐密型玉米育种的发展,丰富了种质基因库,在吉林省确定了选育密植品种的育种路线。
After the introduction of Huangzaosi which is the representative of Tangsepingtou Germplasm, according to the disadvantages of Huangzaosi in Jilin province, we had done a lot of work to improve the resistance to maize head smut and other diseases, the production and the grain quality. We bred Ji853, Si444, Si287 and other fine lines by American germplasm, the warm photoreaction dullness materials and the modified method to improve Huangzaosi with wide gene materials in China, thus make Tangsipingtou become the core germplasm in Jilin province and northeast spring maize district. The strategies to improve in the future are improvement in the group of Huangzaosi department; improving with Chinese germplasm, so as to form the advantage group with Chinese characteristics; avoid the heterotic pattern of Huanggai department to make improvement in the corresponding group; improving with American germplasm. Huangzaosi promoted the development of the high-density-tolerance maize breeding, enriched the germplasm gene pool and identified the breeding line of breeding close planting varieties in Jilin province.
