摘要
介绍了一种检验产品硬度的检测设备的气动控制技术,说明其结构和气动控制原理后,利用德国FESTO软件FluidSIM-P设计和优化检测台的气动回路和PLC仿真控制。该检测设备制造后在汽车轮毂等零件的检测中取得了良好效果。实际检测效果与分析结果类似,从而减少了设计成本和时间,同时也为设备的机电一体化设计提供借鉴。
Pneumatic control technology of a test equipment for hardness has been introduced. The structure and working principle of the detector is introduced, its pneumatic loop and PLC control loop have been designed and optimized by way of the software of FluidSIM - P, which belongs to FESTO in Germany. Now, the detector has gained good effect on detecting a kind of vehicle parts, the simulation result is similar to the actual use result in factory. The research and application in this method are help for developing new mechatronic equipment.
