摘要
通过掺入复合功能掺合料配制出了坍落度达到200mm、4h抗折强度大于3.15MPa、抗压强度大于12MPa的高早强大流动度薄层快速修补细石混凝土。而且具有黏结强度高、抗裂性能优良、耐久性好等特性。适用于混凝土路面养护、桥梁的快速修补及抢修、抢建、加固工程。
The high-fluidity and super high-early strength lamella rapid-repair fine stone concrete prepared with the composite functional admixture SPF shows the compressive strength and the flexural strength is higher than 12 MPa and 3.15 MPa,respectively at 4 h,makes opening to traffic as early as 4 h after pavement mending.Besides, the concrete with 200 mm slump, high bond strength, good crack resistance ability and high durability.This material is applicable in maintenance of concrete pavement and rapid repair and reinforcement work of bridge.
