摘要
目的观察强力霉素对大鼠颈动脉粥样硬化形成的影响及动脉粥样硬化血管壁中相关蛋白的表达,期望为颈动脉粥样硬化形成提供新的预防和治疗线索。方法应用球囊损伤联合高脂饮食灌胃加VD腹腔注射方法建立大鼠颈动脉粥样硬化模型,给予强力霉素,观察其对动脉粥样硬化形成的影响及MMP-2、MMP-9的表达。结果MMP-2、MMP-9在动脉粥样硬化模型血管壁呈高表达,可使基质金属蛋白酶表达下降。结论基质金属蛋白酶的表达同动脉粥样硬化形成密切相关,抑制其表达可抑制动脉粥样硬化形成。
Objective To explore the effect of doxyeyeline on the formation of AS and the expression of AS relative proteins, with the expection to find a new prophylaxis and therapy due to the formation of carotid Atherosclerosis. Methods To establish Carotid atherosclerotic rat model by using vitamin D and fat diet after balloon injury. Doxycycline was applied, observing its influence on the formation of atherosclerosis and the expression of MMPs. Results Doxycyeline could inhibit MMPs expression in carotid artery wall of AS. Conclusions MMP - 2 and MMP - 9 were in close relationship with the formation of AS. Non - specific down - regulation of MMPs expression could inhibit the formation of AS.
