摘要
在新一轮开放的、多元化的校长培训中,探索学校、校长与培训者之间共生共长,实现多赢效果的实践培训是备受校长欢迎的培训模式。从培训基地的建设到资源的开发;从培训理念的更新到内容形式的拓展;从就地资源的整合到开辟异地的培训都具有较强的实效性。实践培训是一个探索的过程,是一个创新的过程,是一个践行过程。它的实效性决定了其可操作性、可研究性、可持续性。
The paper discusses the training program for the headmasters from the perspectives of the building of the training bases , upgrading the training materials , integration of the local and strange land resources . The maneuverability , the feasibility and the sustainability are based on the pursing for the practical results.
