摘要
主要阐述了本科院校办高职教育的意义和有利条件,并分析了本科院校办高职教育存在的问题,同时提出了解决这些问题的有效措施,包括坚持走"工学结合"的道路,培养学生的实践能力,实行开放办学;加大对高职教育的资金投入力度;积极推进学制改革,实施灵活的教学管理制度等。这些有效措施是推动本科院校办高职教育的积极因素。
Elaborated on the significance of favorble conditions that the main undergraduate colleges and universities hold on the higher vocational education,and analysis the problems that the undergraduate higher education institutions do exist,put forward suggestions to solve these problems and effective measures,including sticking to the ＂combination of engiveering＂,to develop students ablilty to practice,practice and opening schools;increase higher education funding;actively promote the reform of the education system,the implementation of flexible management system ,such as teaching,those are positive factors for undergraduate higher education instititions.
