摘要
对火电厂脱硫石粉贮存库运行过程中散装机出料口下料缓慢、进气母管及气化槽体中进粉等问题进行了分析,提出了改造对策。石粉贮存库气化装置改造后运行效果良好,以60 t罐车为例,石粉的装车时间由原来的30m in减少到15m in。
There were some questions existed in the operation of the desulfurization limestone powder storage house which were limestone power got out slowly from the discharge hole of the bulk installment, the main inlet gas pipe and the gasification gutter were blocked with limestone power. The reasons were analyzed and some countermeasures were put forward. Through reformation the operation of gasification installment in limestone powder storage house was stable and reached a more high efficiency. Taking a sixty tons tank car as an example,the limestone power loading time was lowered from 30 minutes to 15 minutes.
