摘要
提出了用状态空间法分析辅助设备的可靠性,分析了状态合并的条件和等效转移率的求解方法,以及故障后果分析的原则。通过对机组辅助设备给水泵系统的研究,指出该系统各状态之间存在着联系,以2/3和2/4系统为例进行了状态划分,阐明了求解系统可靠度的方法。根据几年的运行统计数据分别计算2/3和2/4给水系统的可靠度,同时对可靠性与经济性联系起来分析。算例结果表明增加一台备用泵使系统可靠度提高到1.9‰,通过提高检修质量和运行维护水平的办法可以达到同样的目的。
This paper presented the analysis of the reliability of generator auxiliary equipments based on state space method, and analyzed the conditions of state combination and calculation methods of equivalent shift ratio. It is pointed out that there is a link between states of the system by studying the feed pump set. Taking 2/3 and 2/4 system as an example to divide state, the method is set out to solve the system reliability. According to the running statistics in several years, the reliability of 2/3 and 2/4 of the feed water system were calculated. Moreover reliability was analyzed by combining economy. The results show that the system reliability can be raised to 1.9 ‰ by incremental backup. And the same effect can be reached by improving maintenance quality and level of operation.
