摘要
目的:寰枢椎骨折脱位的患者,损伤部位高,制动或牵引易发生生命危险或褥疮等并发症。用Halo-vest架固定安全,降低了护理难度,但护理不当也易产生并发症。通过心理疏导,精心护理,减少了并发症的发生。方法:通过36例Halo-vest架固定治疗寰枢椎骨折脱位病人的围手术期护理,积累护理经验。结果:无并发症发生。结论:通过严密观察病情、加强围手术期的护理,避免了因护理不当而出现的并发症,提高手术成功率,使患者早日康复。
Objective： The vast domain axis bone fracture dislocation patient, the damage spot high, the risk is big, easy to cause the complication. Fixed can stand up from failure nursing although but with Halo - vest not when also easy to have the complication. Through careful nursing reduction complication. Method： Summarizes some nursing experience through 36 example Halo-vest fixed vast domain axis bone fracture patient. Results： Non- complication occurrence. Conclusion. Through the strict observation condition, the enhancement encircles the surgery time nursing, has avoided because of nursing not when appears the complication, enhances the surgery success ratio, will cause the patient soon to be restored to health.
