复杂性肾结石超声引导经皮肾镜碎石取石术的护理 被引量:17

Nursing study of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with pneumatic and ultrasonic power under B-type ultrasound guidance for treatment of complicated renal calculi

摘要 目的探讨复杂性肾结石在超声引导下经皮肾镜碎石取石术的护理。方法对2006年1月至2007年9月间收治的42例56侧复杂性肾结石的患者,采用超声引导下经皮肾镜碎石取石术,回顾性分析围手术期出现的护理问题及其处理方法,评价护理效果。结果56侧复杂性肾结石一期结石清除率达91.1%。早期有2例患者出现术中水中毒,及时发现处理后生命体征平稳。术后平均住院4d,拔管无排尿异常,无假性动脉瘤或继发、持续出血等并发症。结论超声引导下经皮肾镜碎石取石治疗复杂性肾结石具有碎石效率高、结石残留少等优点,大大提高了治疗效果,注意该术式围手术期的护理特殊性并精心护理,能使患者安全度过围手术期,保证手术成功。 Objective To investigate the nursing method and matching feature in percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with pneumatic and ultrasonic power under B-type ultrasound guidance for treatment of 42 cases of complicated renal calculi. Method 42 cases with 56 sides of complicated renal calculi underwent percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with pneumatic and ultrasonic power under B-type ultrasound guidance between Jan, 2006 to Sept. 2007. Overall nursing in perioperative period were reviewed retrospectively. Result The rate of primary stone clearance was 91,1%. Two patients encountered overhydration during the procedure and that was managed successfully at once. The mean postoperative hospitalization time was 4 days. No severe complications such as paruria, pseudoaneurysm, and hemorrhage occurred. Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with pneumatic and ultrasonic power under B-type ultrasound guidance is safe and effective. The professional nursing is the important factor for the success of the operation and the recovery after the operation.
