摘要
校企文化的互动是近年来高职院校建设的一个新兴热点,是校企合作更高层次的要求。文章从校园文化与企业文化的范畴入手,分析了两者之间的差异和联系,进而阐述了校企文化互动的内涵,探讨了校企文化互动的意义所在。
The interaction between campus culture and enterprise culture is an emerging hotspot in the construction of higher vocational colleges in the recent years and it is a higher demand for the cooperation between colleges and enterprises. By expounding the categories of campus culture and enterprise culture, this paper analyzes the differences and connection between them, discusses the connotation and meaning of the interaction between the two cultures.
