摘要
植物体细胞杂交使远缘杂交不亲和的植物有可能实现遗传物质重组,创造和培养植物新品种乃至新物种。综述了芸薹族与其它族之间、芸薹族内的原生质体融合的研究进展及其在创建油菜雄性不育系中的应用,并展望了其在油菜育种中的应用前景。
Plant somatic hybridization can provide the possibility of recombination of the genetic matters from cross - incompatible plants, and result in novel plant cuhivars and even new species. Somatic hybridization is being used in rape breeding widely. This pa- per reviewed protoplast fusion within Brassica or between Brassica and some other genera as well as its application in induction of CMS in Brassica.
