摘要
在《动物性食品卫生学》的实验教学过程中,通过合理地选择实验内容、改进教学方法、更新教学手段、完善考核方式等一系列改革措施,激发了学生学习的积极性,增强了学生的动手能力和思维的创新与发散性,提高了实验教学的质量。
In the course of Animal Derived Food Hygiene experiment, the student's initiative to study was raised, student' s ability in practice and thinking were strengthened and the quality of experiment teaching was improved by selecting the content of experiment reasonably, reforming the teaching methods, renewing the teaching means and perfecting the examination pattern.
