摘要
西气东输管道二线工程的管径为1219mm,钢质为X80,为满足这种大管径、高强钢管道的施工要求,研制了CYW-1422型垂直液压冷弯管机。文章阐述了该冷弯管机的结构、基本工作原理及技术创新等,介绍了在西气东输二线工程中的应用情况,证明该冷弯管机性能优良,能适应各种复杂的野外施工环境。
The pipes used in the Second West to East Pipeline Project are made of X80 steel and have the diameter of 1 219 mm.To meet the construction requirements of such pipelines with large diameter and high strength,CYW-1422 type vertical hydraulic pipe bender has been researched and developed.This paper introduces the main structure,basic operational principle and main technical innovation of the pipe bender and its application in the Second West to East Pipeline Project.It is proven that the pipe bender has a good per-formance and is able to adapt to complex field construction environments.
