摘要
知识产权战略是国家参与全球化竞争必须实施的战略。对知识产权的观察视角可以运用新制度经济学的产权及制度理论,从理论和现实方面了解我国实施知识产权战略的依据。同时,中国政府应从法律、政策,提升服务职能等方面实施知识产权战略,企业须转变观念,切实加强自身知识产权的保护。
Intellectual property strategy is an important strategy of a country in order to attend the global competition. This paper seeks for the theoretical and practical foundation of executing intellectual property strategy in China. It indicates that the government should implement the strategy by adjusting law, policy and improving the service ability; and besides enterprises should upgrade their concept of protecting intellectual property rights and take measures to strengthen the protection of their own intellectual property rights.
