摘要
稻属植物的物种资源丰富,其染色体组多倍化的潜在价值大。同源多倍体水稻在生殖发育上有其特殊性,这有助于寻找水稻遗传改良的新的研究方向。物种间远缘杂交的生物学效应证实了染色体组多倍化的应用前景。基于稻属植物染色体组多倍化的研究难度和现状,提出了多倍体水稻研究的技术思路。
Due to multiplicity of the species in Oryza, intrinsic value from polyploidy of chromosome sets is very high. The particularity of autopolyploid rice in reproductive development would help find new research directions in genetic improvement of rice. The intrinsic value from geminating chromosome sets has been validated by the biologi- cal effects from the distant hybridization. The technological ideas of researching polyploid rice were put forward , according to the difficulty in studying polyploidy of chromosome sets in Oryza plants.
