摘要
依据可持续发展的核心观点,利用"系统-目标-指标"的结构模式,从人口结构、人口素质及政府管理能力3个层面构建人力资源可持续发展的评价指标体系,并运用主成分分析法进行综合分析,最后对河北省人力资源可持续发展作出了评价。
According to the core view of sustainable development and by using "system-target-index" structure model, evaluation index system of sustainable development of human resources was built on the levels of population structure, the quality of the population and the capacity of governmental management, and then a comprehensive evaluation with principal component analysis was made. An evaluation of Hebei human resources sustainable development is given.
