摘要
回顾分析近几十年来国内外对北豆根的研究概况,主要包括化学成分、药理作用、药代动力学及其制剂研究。提示北豆根在开发用于治疗心血管系统类疾病与抗肿瘤等现代药物制剂方面前景广泛,同时也为该中药的进一步深入研究提供参考。
The advances in Asiatic Moonseed are introduced in this paper, which mainly includes chemical constituents, pharmacological action, pharmacokinetics and preparation research.Which suggested that Asiatic Moonseed has a board future in developing modern pharmaceutical dosage forms on cardiovascular system and antitumor. Meanwhile, it will offer reference for studied further.
