摘要
电网项目融资租赁中,投资金额大,租赁周期长,投资回收期内不确定因素多,风险管理困难。本文针对这些问题,运用专家调查法、故障树分析法和幕景分析法,结合电网项目的实际情况,对电网项目融资租赁经营期内的风险进行识别;然后针对这些风险提出了一些比较有建设性的防范措施,使电网项目融资租赁的风险降到最低,减少了投资。
Power Grid project finance leasing has large investment, long leasing cycle, and many uncertian factors in the paybaek period, so the risk management is difficult. This paper, aims at these questions, utilises expert investigation method, fault tree analysis method and cumulative environment analysis method with the actual situation, identifies the risks in the operation period of Power Grid project finance leasing. Then address these risks by building some more of the preventive measures so that reduce the risks of the Power Grid project finance leasing, so is the investment.
