混凝/超滤去除地表水中颗粒特性 被引量:9

Particles removal in coagulation/ultrafiltration of surface water

摘要 为考察混凝/超滤组合工艺对水质较差的地表水处理效果,以松花江哈尔滨段水为水源,建造一座120m3/d的超滤膜中试水厂,进行生产饮用水的试验研究.采用浊度仪和颗粒计数器等研究混凝/超滤组合工艺对水中悬浮物、颗粒和胶体的去除行为.结果表明,超滤膜出水浑浊度非常低,并且不受进膜水浑浊度的影响;对于地表水,颗粒粒径大于7μm的颗粒几乎被完全去除,而对水中总颗粒数(粒径2~750μm)能有3个数量级的去除.对于难处理的北方低温低浊水,超滤膜能保证较好的水处理效果. A capacity of 120 m^3/d water treatment plant was set up to produce drinking water with ultrafiltration membranes for the pilot-scale test. Songhua River water was used as the raw water. The removal of suspended matter, particles and colloids was studied with the help of turbidity meter and particle counter. The results showed that, independent of the raw water turbidity, the membrane permeate turbidity was very low. The particles larger than 7 p,m were almost removed completely. The particles were eliminated from average 12000 per mL in the raw water to about 15 per mL in the permeated water, and the removal of particles about three order of magnitude was observed. The uhrafiltration membrane ensures a good quality of permeate water for the raw water with low turbidity and temperature in north China.
