摘要
川东北及普光气田面临喷、漏、塌、卡、斜、硬、毒等七种"世界级"钻井难题。如何实现安全、优质、高效、快速钻井从而加快川东北及普光气田勘探开发进程是钻井工程面临的一个难题。试验、推广应用了气体钻井、垂直钻井、复合钻井等新技术新工艺,并不断在实践中完善总结,形成了一套适合普光气田及川东北地质特点的钻井综合配套技术,大幅度的加快了川东北勘探及普光气田开发步伐,实现了预期的目标。普光气田开发井钻井周期由探井阶段的约10个月降到约7个月,缩短了31.82%,机械钻速由探井阶段的1.70m/h提高到3.26m/h,提高了91.76%。气体钻井、复合钻井已经成为提速川东北及普光气田勘探开发的核心技术,值得进一步推广应用。
During drilling in northeast Sichuan and Puguang gas field,many serious problems have been encountered,such as hole collapse,lost circulation,drill pipe sticking and so on,drilling in this area becomes very complex and difficult.How to drill safety and speeding up in northeast Sichuan and Puguang gas field is a practical problem.By applying gas drilling,vertical drilling and compound drilling,and perfecting them in practice,the comprehensive matching drilling technology suitable for northeast Sichuan and Puguang gas field geological characteristics has been formed.This technology speeded up the exploitation process of northeast Sichuan and Puguang gas field greatly.Drilling cycle in Puguang gas field has been decreased from 10 months to 7 months,shorted 31.82 percent.Rate of penetration increased from 1.70m/h in exploratory well to 3.26m/h.Gas drilling,vertical drilling,and compound drilling technology have been proved to be a core technique of quickening up the exploitation of Puguang gas field,and are worth popularizing in Puguang and circumjacent area.
