摘要
针对水泥稳定碎石基层的收缩裂缝问题,提出应用轻烧氧化镁的膨胀性来抵消水泥收缩裂缝的办法。通过水泥砂浆延期压蒸试验和限制膨胀率试验研究确定了以轻烧氧化镁作为膨胀剂的合理掺量。经过反复试验,得出氧化镁的掺量应小于水泥含量的5%,最终确定对于某试验路工程氧化镁的掺量为4.4%。
Aiming at solving the problem of shrinking cracks in cement-stabilized macadam, the suggestion that the expansion of light-burned magnesia be made use of to offset cement shrinking cracks is put forward in the paper. Through the extension of the pressurizing-steaming test of cement mortar and the test of restricting the expanding rate, the rational amount of light-burned magnesia as an expansion agent is determined. After being tested time and again, it has been determined that the rational amount of light-burned magnesia should be less than 5% of the amount of cement used, which in turn helps finally decide that the rational amount of light-burned magnesia for a certain test section should be 4.4%.
