摘要
长萼鸡眼草为优良园林地被植物,其繁殖方式以播种为主,但种子硬实率极高,严重影响种子的吸胀及萌发。实验采用浓硫酸酸蚀、温水处理、机械摩擦等多种方法解除种子硬实,结果表明:以浓硫酸酸蚀6min和60℃温水浸种10min两种处理方式为宜,发芽率可分别达到91.33%和94.67%。
Kummerowia stipulacea was good garden ground cover plant, its propagation mode mainly in sowing, but hard rate of its seeds was very high, seriously effected absorption and germination of seeds. In the treatment, the seeds were sooked by H2SO4, simultaneously soaked in hot water and mechanical abrasion with coarse sand. The results showed that the best result was obtained in trial when the concentrated sulfuricacid was used for 6 minutes and the seeds soaked in hot water under 60℃ for 10 min, the germination percentages were recorded at 93.33% and 94.67%.
