摘要
分析了动静组合载荷破岩的载荷-侵深特征曲线,确定组合载荷合理的加载点是在岩石已发生体积破碎、岩屑已崩出、压实体又得到充分压实之后。对岩石在动静组合载荷作用下破碎进行了损伤断裂力学分析,得到在一定范围内加大静压力和冲击力可以使破碎坑体积很快增加,从而提高破岩效率;在预加静载荷使岩石发生体积破碎之后再施加冲击载荷,此时岩石破碎效果最好的结论。
The paper analyzes the load-fracturing depth cure of rock fragmentation under combined dynamic and static loads and concludes that the reasonable loading point of the combined loads is at a time when there is a rock volumetric fracture, debris outbreak and then a sufficient compression of the original compacted body. A fracture and damage mechanics analysis is made of the rock fragmentation under dynamic-static combined loads. It is concluded that broken volume will increase rapidly with an increase in the static pressure and impact in certain scope, thereby enhancing the efficiency of rock fragmentation; and the best effect of rock fragmentation will occur when an impact load is applied after a volume fracture due to the pre-static load.
