摘要
从炸药选择、装药结构及装药工艺出发,研究了大、中型侵彻战斗部的装药抗过载技术。针对安定性试验中出现的故障,通过对强度靶与多层靶试验对比分析、回收残药性能检测、补充炸药脉冲冲击感度试验、试验回收弹体CT检测以及对回收惰性弹体的剖析,对故障原因进行了分析和定位,并对装药的结构和工艺进行了改进。改进后的装药弹体通过了安定性试验。
Based on the choice of explosive, charging structure and charging technology, this paper describes the anti-overloading techniques of charge in the large or medium-scale penetrator. Aimed at the malfunction in safety test, single target test was compared to multi-layer target test, the property of the residue was analyzed by many means, and the explosive impulse impact sensitivity was also tested. At the same time, the tested penetrator was observed by using industrial computed tomography, and the tested inert penetrator was dissected. So the reason of malfuntion was determined, and the charging structure and technology were improved and the safety test of the improved penetrator was succesful.
