摘要
女性是建设和谐社会、推动社会历史发展的一支伟大力量,女性发展是社会发展、文明进步的重要尺度,关注和推动女性发展是构建和谐社会的重要内容。但是社会经济发展并不必然带来女性的发展,不会自动成就男女平等的社会和谐,尤其是当前在构建和谐社会中,女性群体发展面临着新问题,两性社会经济地位差距在不断扩大,使女性的发展面临严峻的挑战,严重制约和影响着女性发展的进程,对此应当引起高度重视。要重视公共政策在发展资源上的配置,把男女平等基本国策真正落到实处;以政策和法律切实保障女性的各项权利;发展先进性别文化,推进女性教育,清除性别歧视观念,以加快女性发展,推进和谐社会建设。
Women is a great power to construct harmonious society and advance social and historical development, and women development is a dimension to measure social development and civilization progress, thus consideration on women development is an important content to establish harmonious society. However, economic development is not certain to bring women development or gender harmony, especially in contemporary society. At present, women group is faced with new problems. The enlarging distance between male and female social and economic status brought severe challenges to female development and limited and affected women＇ s development, which should attract great attention. Our government should stress on the public policy＇ s distribution in developing re- sources and implement national policy like gender equality; use policy and law to guarantee women＇ s rights; develop advanced gender culture, advance female education, eliminate gender discrimination to fasten women development and push forward harmonious society construction.
