摘要
以工业废渣电石渣为原料,水热法制备石膏晶须。用SEM对石膏晶须进行表征。电石渣制得石膏最佳方法是先用盐酸对电石渣进行预处理,然后与硫酸反应生成石膏,该石膏蒸汽养护过程中,取蒸压温度120~126℃、压力0.12~0.14MPa、料浆初始pH值等于5、料浆浓度10%时,以水作为介质合成石膏晶须习性最优,产品石膏晶须长度80~250μm,直径1~4μm,平均长径比95~110,优于文献中由卤渣、柠檬酸废渣等工业废渣为原料制得的石膏晶须。
Hydrothermal method was applied in the preparation of gypsum crystal whiskers by using acetylene sludge as primary materials. The best preparation for gypsum from acetylene sludge was pretreated by hydrochloric acid at first. The best technics condition was using the water as solvent during autoclave process. Under these conditions as follows: the temperature 120-126℃, the pressure 0.12-0.14MPa, the concentration 10% ,the initial pH value 5. A product of gypsum crystal whiskers with length was from 80 to 250 μm, diameter was from 1 to 4μm, aspect ratio was from 95 to 110, which were determined by the analysis of the crystal habit of gypsum crystal whiskers through SEM, better than the crystal whiskers preparated from the residue of brine or citric acid and so on.
