摘要
通过静电纺丝法制得聚丙烯腈(PAN)纳米纤维毡,再经过预氧化得到预氧化毡.分析了在预氧化毡制备过程中温度和升温速度对预氧化毡的结构和性能的影响.研究结果表明:随着温度的升高,预氧化毡的拉伸性能和含水率逐渐增强,质量损失率和环化度在220~250℃之间快速提高;随着升温速度的增加,质量损失率和断裂强力逐渐增加,而含水率在5℃/min时最高.
Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibers web was fabricated by electrospinning, and then was preoxidated. Effects of the temperature and pre-heating rate on the structure and property of pre-oxidation web were discussed. The results showed that with the increasing temperature, the tensile properties and moisture content gradually increased. Mass toss rate and cyclization index were also found to qucikly increase in the range 220 - 250 ℃. With the increasing heating rate, mass loss rate and breaking strength gradually increased and the moisture content reached its maximum at 5 ℃/min.
