摘要
通过对南京地区已建成的两幢高层建筑进行分析,比较了南京地区高层建筑采用钢筋混凝土结构与钢结构的综合经济效益,分析了结构造价、结构占地面积以及结构施工工期对整体成本的影响。
Through the analysis of two high-rise buildings in Nanjing area, the author compares the comprehensive economic benefit of the reinforced concrete structure and the steel structure used in the high-rise buildings in Nanjing area, analyzes the influence of the structural cost, the occupied area of the structure and the construction period of the structure to the whole east.
