摘要
对工程施工阶段的主要特点进行了分析,就施工阶段管理与控制的主要内容作了简要论述,并从投资、进度、质量三方面提出了管理与控制的措施与方法,在此基础上督促检查各方的进展与实施,从而确保工程目标的顺利实现。
The author analyzes the main features in the engineering construction stage, briefly discusses the main content of the management and control in the construction stage, puts forward the measures and methods of the management and control from the aspects of the invest- ment, the progress and the quality, supervises and checks the progress and the implementation of all parties based on this, to guarantee the smooth realization of the project objective.
