摘要
对ATCC保藏中心的一株单核细胞增生李斯特菌、CCTCC保藏中心的一株单核细胞增生李斯特菌和从食品中分离的5株单核细胞增生李斯特菌的脂肪酸组分进行了GC-MS分析。对不同菌种保藏中心标准株脂肪酸组分的异同、标准株与分离株脂肪酸组分的异同进行了比较。GC-MS分析结果显示不同来源的单核细胞增生李斯特菌的脂肪酸组分基本一致。
This study had analyzed the fatty acids in one type strain of Listeria monocytogenes from ATCC,one type strain of Listeria monocytogenes from CCTCC and five isolates of Listeria monocytogenes from food, which were extracted and methylated, then methylated liqids were determined by GC-MS. Comparison of components of fatty acid from different Standard Type Culture Collection, and from the type strains and isolates were carried out. The GC-MS analysis results showed that the components of fatty acid from different origin of Listeria monocytogenes were same.
