摘要
随着科学技术的发展和社会的进步,传统的图书、信息、收集、贮藏以及文献制作水平已不能适应当今社会的需要,正逐渐被信息化、网络化、自动化、数字化的方式所取代。这些新变化,将为传统图书资源的收集、整理保存、传递及开发利用带来重大变革,将对图书资源管理观念、馆员角色的转变等方面带来严峻的挑战。
With the development of science and technology and the progress of society, the traditional information, gathering, storage and file editing levels could not adapt to the contemporary society＇s demand and has increasingly replaced by the forms of informative, network, automatization and digital technology. The new changes will bring up paramount reform to the gathering of traditional book resources, preservation, delivery and exploitation and will pose a severe challenge to library resource management ideology, transformation of librarians.
