摘要
对液力传动、液压传动和电力传动的传动方式进行对比分析,展示了电力传动在工程应用中的优势。按照驱动电机类型的不同,将驱动系统分为不同的形式,对直流电机、交流感应电机、开关磁阻电机、永磁同步电机的控制技术进行分析研究。详细介绍了永磁无刷直流电机的工作原理和机械特性。提出工程机械控制系统的半实物仿真模型,对各模块功能及实现形式进行说明。将总线技术应用到控制系统中,实现了工程机械的智能化、信息化和模块化控制。
To analyze the driving mode of liquid system, hydraulic system and electric system, it presented the advantage of electric drive in engineering application. Drive system was divided into different styles in terms of drive motor types. Control technology was discussed about AC motor, DC induction motor, switch reluctance motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor. It gave the details about working principle and mechanical properties of permanent magnet brushless DC motor. Half-virtual simulation model of engineering machinery control system was brought out in this paper, giving instructions of its module function. The application of the field-bus technology to control system made engineering machinery intelligent, informational and modular.
