摘要
分析了当前图书馆员素质现状,指出了21世纪图书馆员应具备的素质,并提出了提高图书馆员素质的途径。
This paper analyzes the current situation of librarians＇ personal qualities; indicates the qualities that the librarians should have in 21 st century, and puts forward some paths for improving the personal qualities of the librarians.
