摘要
目的研究11-脱氧甘草次酸钠的抗炎作用及其可能的机制。方法通过二甲苯致小鼠耳片肿胀、纸片致小鼠慢性肉芽肿及气囊性滑膜炎3个模型观察11-脱氧甘草次酸钠的抗炎作用,并测定小鼠血清和炎症液中前列腺素E2(PGE2)的含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性。结果5、10、20mg/kg的11-脱氧甘草次酸钠能明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳片肿胀;也可显著抑制纸片所致小鼠慢性肉芽肿;使血清和炎症液中PGE2含量减少,NOS活性下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论11-脱氧甘草次酸钠有一定的抗炎作用,其作用可能与抑制PGE2和NO合成及抗脂质过氧化有关。
Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory activity and possible mechanisms of 11- sodium deoxyglycyrrhetinic acid. Methods Observation on the anti-inflammatory effects of 11-sodium deoxyglycyrrhetinic acid in three models i.e.induced miee's ear swelling, chronic granuloma by filter paper and air sac synovitis. The NOS activity and contents of PGE2 in mice serum and inflammatory humour were measured. Results 5,10,20 mg/kg 11-sodium deoxyglycyrrhetinic acid inhibited the ear edema induced by didimethylbenzene and filter paper-induced chronic granuloma significantly; inhibited NOS activity and contents of PGE2 and NO in serum and inflammatory humour makedly (P〈0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion 11-sodium deoxyglycyrrhetinic acid has a certain anti-inflammatory effect, which may relate to inhibiting the production of PGE2 and NO.
