摘要
对YJZ-5Q小型车用液体燃油加热器进行了台架摸底试验。分析了热效率随过量空气系数、进水温度及水流量的变化关系。试验发现:助燃风扇装配间隙的大小对助燃风量影响较大;供油电磁泵安装角度对其泵油量也有一定影响;助燃风扇电机和水泵性能均存在一致性较差的问题,从而致使加热器性能的差异也较大。
Assessment experimental researches are carried out on the YJP- 5Q rninitype vehicle fuel heater. It analyzes relations between thermal efficiency and excess air coefficient, water temperature, water flow rate. Results show that assembling clearance in combustion improving fan has remarkable effect on the amount of combustion air. Installation angle of oil delivery electromagnetic pump has effect on pumping oil capacity, The motor for combustion improving fan and water pump is not stable in performance which results in unstable heating performance.
