摘要
从柔性石墨金属波齿复合垫片金属骨架结构入手,在一定的压紧应力(45.0 MPa)下,对厚度为3 mm和2mm、具有3种不同的圆弧半径、波齿距和齿数的金属骨架采用有限元法进行应力分析,得到了应力分布状态及弹性变形与其结构的关系,可用于优化柔性石墨金属波齿复合垫片的性能结构。分析结果表明:小圆弧直径多齿数波齿垫片具有更好的承载能力,大圆弧直径少齿数波齿垫片具有良好压缩性能。
From metal skeleton of flexible graphite corrugated metal gaskets, under given pressure (45 MPa) conditions, the stress of metal sketelon of three various circular arc radius, wave gear tooth pitch and tooth number was analysed by finite element method. The stress distribution and the relation of elastic deformation to its structure were obtained, which can be used to optimize the performance structure of flexible graphite corrugated metal gaskets. The analysis result shows that small circle arc diameter and more corrugation quantity gaskets have high carrying capacity, and large circle arc diameter and few corrugation quantity gaskets have better compressibility.
