摘要
随着社会的进步和远程教育规模的不断扩大,现代远程教育面临的挑战和竞争态势将越来越严峻。为保证远程教育健康、持续发展,合作已经成为现代远程教育的一个重要发展模式。本文界定,合作既是一种行动(方式),也是一种文化。现代远程教育合作文化在本质上其核心是价值观的认同,追求的目标是"共生"、"双赢"、和谐发展,体现出的特征则是平等、开放、互利、包容和协作。
With the expansion of distance education,it now faces more challenges and more fierce competitions.To ensure its healthy and continuous development,cooperation has become an important mode.In the article,cooperation is defined not only as a behavior,but also as a culture.In nature,the core of the cooperative culture of distance education is identification of values,its goal is co-existence,win-win and harmonious development,and it features equality,openness,mutual benefits,compatibility and cooperation.
