摘要
在长期办学实践中,学校始终把德育放在首位,尤其是近几年,以理念创新为先导、以内容创新为关键、以教育体系创新为基础、以载体创新为依托、以机制创新为保障,推进思想政治教育工作的加强、改进和创新,实施了以"三走进"为工作理念、工作方式的思想政治教育创新实践,积淀形成了"四全"特色,有力地促进了大学生的健康成长和全面发展。
For a long time, university always puts moral education in the first place. Especially in recent years, with the leading guidance of concept creation, content creation as the key, education system and carrier creation as the basis, and mechanism creation as the guarantee, we promote the stress, improvement and creation of ideological and political educational work, implement the concept of ＂three approaches＂, innovative practice of ideological and political educational work style and form ＂four comprehensive＂ features to improve students＇ healthy growth and all-round development.
