摘要
塔河油田12区重质原油是酸性原油,具有很高的腐蚀性,在外运前必须将其中的H2S脱除。在分析原油H2S溶解度特性的基础上,提出采用天然气气提的脱硫工艺,并论述了选择脱硫塔的负压、常压和正压3种工艺的条件,以及工艺参数与脱水温度的关系,对比分析了它们的优缺点。结合12区重质原油的脱水温度高的特点,建议塔河油田12区原油脱硫采用常压或正压气提脱硫工艺。
Heavy crude oil of Tahe oilfield No. 12 block is acidic crude oil,which is very corrosive. H2S(hydrogen sulfide)in the heavy crude oil must be removed before transportation. Desulphurising process of natural gas stripping was put forward on the basis of analyzing the solubility of H2S in the heavy oil. The conditions of selecting desulfurizing operating pressure among negative,atmospheric,and positive pressures were described. Relations between process parameters and dehydration temperature were presented. Advantages and disadvantages of each alternative pressure were also compared. Combined with higher temperature of heavy crude oil dehydration process,desulphurising process of atmospheric or positive pressure stripping was proposed for Tahe oilfield No. 12 block.
