摘要 ZGMn8CrMo水韧处理后呈奥氏体组织的试样,经冲击磨料磨损试验后,应用扫描电镜进行了磨损形貌分析。试验认为,因材料力学性能及强化机制的特征,磨损表面将形成塑变磨损和凿削磨损,材料的耐磨性将随积累冲击能量的提高因发生磨损机制的转化而变化。 ZGMn8CrMo steel which treated by water temper has the austenite texture. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was adopted to analyze the wear topography after strike grinding abrasive wear test. The results show that flow wear and gouging wear are the mainly wear mechanism due to mechanical property and strengthening mechanism of ZGMn8CrMo steel Wear resistance property of ZGMn8CrMo steel changed with the increment of the cumulative strike energy, which was induced by the transition of the two wear mechanism.
