摘要
文章在分析图书馆建立特色资源数据库的必要性和可行性的基础上,着重对特色资源数据库的建库原则、建库方法、质量管理和资源共享等方面进行了探讨。
Based on analyzing necessity and feasibility of library establishing characteristic resource database, the article discusses on principles, methods, quality control and resource sharing of constructing characteristic resource databases.
