拉西瓦水电站Ⅱ号变形体破碎岩体快速成孔施工技术的试验与研究 被引量:1

摘要 破碎岩体成孔技术及快速施工这一技术难题一直困扰着工程技术人员。拉西瓦水电站左右岸高边坡岩体破碎,断层裂隙非常发育,钻孔成孔率极低,典型部位是Ⅱ号变形体。在施工过程中,通过对钻机改造、钻头加工、钻杆调整、钻孔排碴方式、注浆方法以及特种材料固壁灌浆、勾缝等方面联合试验与研究,形成了在破碎岩体中快速成孔的综合技术——"小进尺,强排碴,勤支护",解决了在破碎岩体中成孔困难、进度缓慢的难题。 Rapid and successful drilling in broken rocks has been a challenge to engineers for a long time. The high slope rocks are broken on both banks of Laxiwa hydropower project, and fault fissures are very developed. The rate of successful boreholes is very low, particularly at No. 2 deformation body. Through upgrading of drilling machines, processing of drill bits, removing of borehole debris, adjustment of drill rods, injection of grout, stable wall grouting using special materials, and pointing of joints, a composite technology for rapid and successful drilling in broken rocks is worked out, that is, “small advance, strong removal of debris, timely support”, which solves the problem of difficult drilling and slow progress in broken rocks.
