摘要
介绍了SQS-2型深松、起垄施肥联合作业机的整体结构、工作原理及主要部件的设计,并进行了田间试验.结果表明,30cm土壤层含水量提高0.2%~2.2%;增加地温在8月份高于传统种植模式0.1~1.5℃;降低土壤容重0.08g·cm^-3.该机用于行间深松和起垄培土可以起到蓄水保墒,提高土壤含水量,促进地温增加,降低土壤容重,起到保护性耕作的作用.
Starting with the whole structure of type SQS-2 sunsoiling, sidgeing and fertilization teamwork machine, this thesis introduced its work elements and design characters of the main part. Field experiment was conducted. The results show that the moisture was raised by 0.2% - 2.2% in depth of 30 cm, ground temperature was raised by 0.1 - 1.5 ℃ in August and the soil bulk density was reduced by O. 08 g . cm^-3. Field experiment has proved that this machine has novelty design and abroad adapt bound. When used in subsoiling and earth up, it can reduce the soil weight pervolume, keep water in the soil, and the machine shows great effect in conservation tillage.
