摘要
心理契约对员工的工作态度和行为会产生重大影响。心理契约得到有效兑现,员工会表现出更高的工作满意度、留职意愿和组织信任感;而心理契约的违背则会导致员工低的工作满意度、组织承诺和组织公民行为。在分析员工心理契约特征的基础上,讨论了心理契约违背的形成及给组织带来的消极影响,提出了在人力资源管理实践中有效预防和控制心理契约违背的策略。
psychological contract has great effect on employees'attitude and behavior. If psychological contract has been converted effectively, employee will perform stronger intent of working satisfaction,willing of retain job and organizational sense of trust. However, psychological contract violation can leads lower working satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. This article discusses the form of psychological contract violation and the negative effect it will brings to on the basis of analyzing employees' psychological contract features, proposes the strategy that how to prevent and control psychological contract violation in human resources management practice.
