摘要
文章说明了"注重实效"的城市设计在我国城市规划中兴起的原因以及借鉴国外经验建立本土性城市设计运作机制的必要性。重点阐述了"制度环境"差别对不同国家采用不同城市设计管理模式的影响和制约作用。通过对比研究中英美三国制度环境的区别,提出如何合理借鉴英美等国外城市设计的运作经验,建立适用于我国国情的城市设计管理体制。
This article discusses about why the pragmatistic study trend of urban design is paid so much attention to recently, and the necessary to build up adaptive urban design managing mechanism in China. The diffident institutional environments in different countries lead to different management methods of urban design. Through the comparison of different institutional environment of UK, USA and China, the paper points out how to learn the urban deign experience from developed countries and how to set up our own urban deign managing mechanism.
