非灵长类艾滋病动物模型的研究现状 被引量:5

摘要 艾滋病(获得性免疫缺陷综合征)由于其特殊性,25年来,一直没有一种真正理想的动物模型。灵长类作为人类艾滋病动物模型由于其局限性运用的越来越少。转基因小鼠和猫免疫缺陷是目前国内外运用最多的动物模型,是艾滋病动物模型的新趋势。文章综述了目前国内外关于艾滋病动物模型研究的最新进展,着重分析国外常用的非灵长类动物小鼠和猫模型,并对各个模型的应用范围和优缺点进行对比。 There has not been a real ideal animal model of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) for 25 years because of its specificity. Primates are rarely used as AIDS models due to limitations. In recent year, transgenic mice and cat models of immune deficiency are commonly used, and has become developed trend of AIDS animal model. This paper reviewed and updated current domestic and international research on AIDS animal model, with emphasis on analysis of non-primate animals such as mice and cat, and application scope and advantages and disadvantages of various models were compared.
