摘要
目的:观察美他多辛治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将酒精性脂肪肝患者68例随机分为两组,观察组38例给予美他多辛片500mg,每日2次口服;对照组30例给予甘利欣片150mg,每日3次口服,疗程均为3个月。结果:美他多辛治疗酒精性脂肪肝可明显改善患者的临床症状,总有效率为94.7%,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:美他多辛可有效改善酒精性脂肪肝患者的临床症状和肝功能,可降低血脂,且无严重不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of alcoholic fatty liver with Metadoxine. Methods： Alcoholic fatty liver patients were randomly divided into two groups of 68 cases, 38 cases suffering from alcoholic fatty liver were treated with Metadoxine tablets 500 mg bid po, and 30 cases in control group were treated with Diammouium Glycyrrhizinate tablets 150 mg tid po in 3 months of treatment. Results： Metadoxine ameliorated the clinical symptoms of alcoholic fatty liver, with the total efficacy of 94.7%, compared with the control group were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Metadoxine can ameliorate the clinical symptoms and the liver function and plasma triglyceride and cholesterol of alcoholic fatty liver, and deserve extensive application without severe side effects.
