摘要
以548份云南稻核心种质和云南主栽籼稻品种滇屯502、粳稻品种合系35配制的杂种F2(498份)为材料,在昆明地区生态条件下,对杂种F2世代的主要形态性状的遗传参数和相关性进行分析。结果表明:①该群体的穗颈长、每穗实粒数、秕粒数和结实率的遗传力最高,且均表现出较高的遗传变异,选择潜力较大。②该群体各形态性状的遗传变异度不同。利用本群体进行新品种选育时,除应考虑各形态性状的表现特点和遗传潜力大小外,还应考虑籼粳的遗传差异和特点。③形态性状间存在一定的相关性,且粳稻性状间的相关性明显高于籼稻,对F2粳稻进行早期世代间接选择的效果强于籼稻。
The F2 (498) bred by 548 Yunnan rice core idioplasm and the Yunnan rice landrice DiantunS02 ( Indiea rice ), hexi35 ( Japonica rice) as materials was studied on genetic parameters and correlation analysis of main morphological characters of the hybrids F2 in Kunming entirenment. The results showed: (i)In this population, the peduncle length, filled grain No. per panicle, unfilled grain No. per panicle and the seed setting rate had great heritability and genetic variation. The potential selection of these traits were high. (ii) The degrees of genetic variation of every morphological characters were different in this population. The expressional characteristics and the value of genetic potential of each morphological character should be considered while selecting new variety by this population. It was considered that the diffrent genetics and characters between Indica and Japonica too. (iii) The correlation was exhibited between the morphological characters. The correlation of characters from Japonica was more than that of Indica. The indirect seletion effects of the Japonica F2 were higher than that of Indica in early generation.
